1. Where and when is the conference held? 
Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

Breakfast is available at 7:00AM, General session starts at 8:00AM
The Conference concludes at 4:00PM

2. Where do I park? 
More information to come.

3. Do I need to bring my ticket with me? 
No.  When you arrive check-in at the on-site registration tables where you can pick up your pre-printed name badge.  

4. How do I find my seat? 
For all general sessions your table number is listed on the back of your name badge. Breakouts are open seating.


5. What if there is not a pre-printed name badge for me? 
If you (or your sponsor) registered after Oct 6th you may not have a pre-printed name badge. Please visit the on-site Information Desk to verify your registration and pick-up a write-on badge and find your table assignment.  You may also find your table assignment on the event mobile app under Seating Chart.  You can search by last name or by company name.

6. If my plans change and I cannot attend, can I get a refund? 
We are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases. We do allow transfers to another person. 

7. Who is speaking this year? 
Speakers will be announced soon

8. Are men welcome to attend? 
Of course! Everyone is welcome. We believe a truly diverse workforce leads to a healthier, more resilient, dynamic community. While women are the majority of our attendees, men, transgender, gender fluid, non-binary—all people are attending in greater numbers and find the programming enlightening and inspiring. 

9. What is the dress code?  We recommend business casual.

10. How do I become a sponsor? Please visit our Sponsor page for more information. 

11. Are there specific safety guidelines for COVID?
The conference is following the current safety guidelines for Marion County.  Masks and vaccinations are not mandatory for entry.
