Felecia Roseburgh leads a presentation about what we have gained, what we have neglected, what joys we rediscovered over the last year, and how we can forge a path out of the COVID-blues.
Participants will engage in breakout sessions, working together to implement goals and discuss ideas in depth while networking with other attendees. The cohort can stay connected after the event for like-minded support and collaboration in all avenues.
As a global businesswoman, Ms. Roseburgh's professional career has included assignments in information technology; Six Sigma; business process improvement; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
With over 17 years in the DE&I space, Felecia has coached business leaders across the globe on effective DE&I strategies; and helped the world’s largest brands expand their supplier diversity initiatives. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day functions of the bank’s DE&I program. Her responsibilities include strategically supporting management and leadership on DE&I, focusing on innovative, engaging and cutting-edge strategies, and the use of research, data, and analytics to move the needle forward.
Felecia has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Mississippi State University, and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from Christian Theological Seminary. She is a professional coach, a licensed minister, and certified John Maxwell coach/trainer/speaker.
